ABOUT ME
Life can feel heavy, like you’re carrying too much while trying to hold it all together. Maybe you’re navigating the pressure to figure things out, the weight of past experiences, or managing life transitions and fluctuations in relationships, mood, and self-worth.
Your emotions are valid. Your needs matter. And you don’t have to move through it alone.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), I offer a warm, nonjudgmental space for clients to feel heard, supported, and empowered. I believe you are the expert on your own life. My role is to walk alongside you, offering perspective, tools, and compassion as you reconnect with your strength and resilience.

My clinical background including work in addiction treatment, community mental health, and private practice has given me a broad and inclusive understanding of mental health across diverse experiences and perspectives.

I approach therapy with authenticity, empathy, and curiosity. I believe that a strong therapeutic relationship fosters healing, and that meaningful change begins when we feel safe to show up as we are.

Our work together is tailored to your unique needs, drawing from an integrative approach that includes interventions from various therapeutic modalities. I specialize in working with sensitive and introspective teens and young adults, while also supporting others who feel my approach would be a good fit to navigate anxiety, emotional intensity, trauma, identity development, self-esteem, relationships, and life transitions. I’m also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), a structured form of therapy used to reprocess painful experiences so they hold less emotional charge over time.

Reaching out for support can feel overwhelming, and it’s okay to have mixed emotions about taking this step.

Let's begin healing together.

I am based in Woodbury, Connecticut, and offer in-person and virtual therapy across the state.
